Making a contract with us

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order.

Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will email you again to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order.

In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an email confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.

If the goods are not available, we will remove them from your order. If we are able to suggest alternative goods, we will email details of these to you and request that you let us know if you would like these added to your order. The total price for your order will be amended accordingly.

intobikes.co.uk is a trading name of Into Things Limited, registered in 2003 at Companies House with registration number 4968885 (England). VAT Registration number GB 822 0072 79.

How to place an order

Add items to your basket and then checkout using our secure payment page. If there are any errors within the data you provide, this will be highlighted to you and the cursor placed where the first error can be found. Once all errors have been corrected you will be able to submit your order for processing.

Delivery

Please visit our delivery charges page for detailed information on our delivery charges. Our basket page will automatically show you the delivery charge based on the items in your basket and the country the goods are to be delivered to.

Your goods will be despatched when all goods on your order can be packaged together for despatch.

We do not stock all goods that we sell. Some goods may have to be ordered in from our suppliers who may also have to either manufacture the goods or order them from their own suppliers. Where this delay in despatch is likely, our site will show details of the number of working days that you will typically have to wait before we can despatch the goods.

If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.

Cancellation and returns

  1. Personal Customers

    1. Residents within the European Union

      This policy does not apply to the following goods, which are exempt from the right to cancel:

      1. Goods manufactured and/or personalised to your specification
      2. Goods which have been used prior to being returned
      3. DVDs or other electronic media which has been opened
      4. Products where the safety seal has been damaged or removed

      You can cancel your contract at any time up to 14 working days after the day of delivery (your statutory right is 7 working days). To do this, please email us or write to us, quoting your order number. We will email details of how to return the goods to us along with the RMA number to use.

      You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

      If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. You will be liable for any damage or loss of goods returned to us until the goods have been received by us in as new condition. For your own protection, we suggest that you use a reputable shipping company and recommend that you use an insured service.

      If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value. If we send a shipping company to collect the goods from you and the goods are not available for collection, additional charges will be levied by the shipping company and consequently charged to you. If we have not already refunded you, any charges will be deducted from your refund amount. If we have refunded you, we will invoice you for the outstanding amount and expect to receive payment from you within 7 working days.

      Please return the goods with their original undamaged packaging, labelling, complete with any accessories, manuals or other documentation and undamaged.

      We will refund the original purchase price of the goods returned and received in satisfactory condition.

      This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

    2. Residents outside of the European Union

      Personal customers who do not reside within the European Union may only return goods for refund if supplied by us faulty or misdescribed. To do this, please email us or write to us, quoting your order number. We will email details of how to return the goods to us along with the RMA number to use. Please ensure you have selected your goods correctly before placing your order.

  2. Business Customers

    Business customers may only return goods for refund if supplied by us faulty or misdescribed. To do this, please email us or write to us, quoting your order number. We will email details of how to return the goods to us along with the RMA number to use.

    If returning goods you must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. You will be liable for any damage or loss of goods returned to us until the goods have been received by us in satisfactory condition.

    Goods remain the property of intobikes.co.uk until paid for in full.

Faulty goods

If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

Changes to these terms

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
