The delivery charge is dependant upon the country you wish to have your order sent to. For non-UK destinations, the weight of the parcel also affects the price of delivery.

UK postal addresses

Your first order must be delivered to either your registered cardholder address or (at our discretion) your place of work. The following rates apply to orders where the delivery address has a UK postcode (including Northern Ireland) :

Prohibited items

Please note that there are certain products (e.g. tyres, liquids and aerosols) that we cannot ship overseas.

This is either because the products are prohibited for transportation by air or they are too 'heavy' - air-freight weight is the greater of the physical mass of the box and the products it contains, and the box's volumetric weight (i.e. calculated based on the volume of the box containing the products). Basically if it's a non-hazardous product that's reasonably small and reasonably light in weight, then we should be able to quote you a price for delivery to where you live.

Addtional taxes

Goods shipped to countries outside of the EU may be subject to local taxes, import duties or customs charges prior to you being able to take posession of your package. We suggest you contact your local customs office for further information prior to placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for charges levied by other countries as customs policies vary widely from country to country.
